Capitol War

This is a brief summary of what to do and what not to do during the Capitol War.

Introduction

First, some basic information: The Capitol battle takes place every Friday. Only alliances that own a city at level 6 can conquer the Capitol. The R5 of the victorious alliance will become President for the week. There are two options:

Conquering the Capitol

To win the Capitol battle, we need to occupy the Capitol for a period of more than 4 hours, but depending on the combat strength, it can take considerably longer—up to 8 hours. The time spent in the Capitol is rewarded with honor points, and we want each member to earn at least 100,000 honor points. To earn these points, you need to stay in the Capitol for about an hour. You will only receive the points after leaving the Capitol. Since only a certain number of people (30) can enter the Capitol at the same time to conquer it, we rotate our members. Once everyone has their 100,000 points, we let the strongest members of the alliance remain in the Capitol for the rest of the event.

Not Conquering the Capitol

If we are not fighting for victory, we still want to earn the 100,000 honor points. There are various ways to achieve this.

Mines and Fields

The easiest way to earn points with little effort is to attack fields and mines in the Capitol area. The goal is not to gather resources but to attack already occupied mines and push the opponent out. Once this is achieved, you can leave the mine or field. The points earned are credited immediately, and after about 5 to 10 attacks, the 100k points should be reached. Alternatively, you can use a mine or field for gathering and wait for an attack, but you won’t have control over the opponent. If you attack yourself, the choice of opponent is yours.

Enemy Bases

Some players also teleport to the Capitol area to shorten travel times. These can be attacked to earn points as well. However, be cautious about which players you attack, as there may be disputes later on, despite clear rules on the server, about the legitimacy of the attack.

If you teleport to the Capitol area yourself, be aware that you automatically become a target for everyone and have little control over who attacks you.

Attacking the Capitol

The battle lasts 8 hours, but is usually decided after 4 hours. It has become customary for the alliance that has won the Capitol to use the remaining time to allow other alliances to collect points in the Capitol. This is usually communicated in the world chat and should be done alliance by alliance—never multiple alliances at the same time. If you haven't had the opportunity to earn your 100k points yet, pay attention to the announcements in the second half of the battle in the world and alliance chat. When our time slot comes, go to the Capitol and stay there until your points are full. Details on this can be found above in the "Conquering the Capitol" section.

Notes

Once you are in the Capitol area, different rules apply as follows:

Have fun and get those 100,000 honor points!
